New feature: Bulk Delivery for Logged-In Drivers to more easily log fuel deliveries. The "I'm a Jobber" button won't be available from the PIN screen. Simplified pump list: A Filters link at the top for easier filtering and sorting. Unconfigured hardware does not display anymore.
